Administrator Account User Profile Service failed to logon

I have a Asus Laptop that all of a sudden had the user profile service fail to log on. So I immediately tried to go into safe mode. (The laptop is running 8.1) The computer acted like it but would always go back to the log in screen and never access safe mode. So I activated the Admin. Account and tried that way. It still failed. I have tried all the ways to get into safe mode but no luck.

So I made a 8.1 Enterprise CD and went to the repair my computer option. It is in the infamous repair loop, "Repairing disk errors, this might take...) It ran for 5 hours and I stopped it. Started it back up and went into command prompt and did chkdsk d: /r/f and everything was good. No bad sectors. Obviously there is something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You might see if doing a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before this happened may be able to sort this for you.

I have looked into that. The only restore point is after it happened. Not sure how but it is.

When I stated that I have tried all the ways to get into safe mode i wasn't lying. LOL. Already tried all those. Each time it reboots like it is trying but goes back to the log in screen and of course the user profile fails to load. I went back to the restore point that was supposedly after the incident. I clicked it and tried. The statement came up that there were errors on the drive. Which we already knew. I was prompted did I want to scan and fix them. I clicked yes. It is halfway filled (Green Status Bar). Im going to see how far this bunny rabbit hole goes.

Just to check, did you try and boot into safe mode by booting from installation media or recovery drive (USB)?

After the scan a prompt came up saying it was successful. But it wasn't. Now I go to repair and it says attempting to repair then just fails and shoots me back to advanced options. Looks like this OS is done for. It is now only giving me few options. Troubleshooting, then Refresh (States drive is locked Can't do) Reset (Not an option) Start-up Repair, which fails and shoots me back to Advanced Options. Command Prompt is available.

Afterwards create a bootable installation UEFI USB flash drive.

When finished, you can do a clean install of Windows with the UEFI USB.

Before starting, be sure to have your drivers downloaded from Asus for your PC's model number to have handy to install after Windows has finished installing.

Registry hack have to go in and change the name of the default profile it is not booting into and then you would be good to go just Google it and you will find the fix.
