Solved Added an account, how do I access already installed stuff?

So far I have been signing into win 8.1 with my MS account, with Admin privileges. I just added a local account, with standard privileges. I only spent a few minutes in the new account, but I don't seem to have access to some stuff that was installed under my MS account - steam games for sure, but possibly other stuff too.

Is there any easy way to grant this account access to everything I could use through my MS account (except the Windows Store)?

My OS is 8.1 core (i.e. non-pro, non-enterprise)

nvmnd, stupid question. I copied all shortcuts from my original accounts user/desktop folder into new account's user/desktop folder. Pretty much everything works as before.

For some reason, I thought there was more to it than that.
