Hello Brink,
Instead of having shortcuts on my desktop, could I use a similar trick to add a "shortcut" Cascading Desktop Context Menu in Windows 8.1, under of which I can have all my shortcuts to applications or files?
I have a file named registry.vbs with which I open directly a key in the registry and I would like to have it in my desktop context menu as a shortcut.
I tried to put it in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\background\shell but it does not open as it is not an exe file.
Thanks in advance.
