Solved Account banned

I'm asking here as I can't ask tenforums.

My account was banned in tenforums.com because I created a second account, which at the moment I didn't know was breaching any rules.

You have been banned for the following reason:
Multiple accounts not allowed
Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Is there anyway I can reactivate my account? as I'm an old member and use it a lot.

Any help much appreciated

Usually, the original account will stay activated, and the multiple ones get deleted or banned.
