Solved Accidentally Deleted The System Restore App for Windows 8.

I accidentally deleted the system restore function on Windows 8.1 and all of my restore points. Now when I click on this program I get nothing. How can I fix this? Not that computer savvy, so please explain in detail. Thanks

I don't think you can undelete the restore points but you can create a new one whenever you want.
