About Uninstalling pre installed norton online backup

i recently uninstalled norton online backup on my laptop windows 8 using microsoft fix it because i cant uninstall it on control panel and remove it successfully and in startup in task manager but in services there's a norton online backup in there which i need to disabled but it should not be in there right now because i uninstalled the product already right? any help?

to remove Norton products they recommend you use the Norton remover tool try that:

it didnt work and the product norton online backup not listed on the norton removal tool list

Have you tried manually removing it ?
It's hard to find everything.
Have you tried Revo Uninstaller ?

ive tried uninstalling manually through control panel but it didnt work then i try using mirosoft fix it havent try revo uninstaller

tried the revo uninstaller it didnt work second i try the quick uninstall and works norton online backup disappears at swipe right>all apps on windows 8 but the norton online backup on services.msc are still in there

You could try reinstalling it and then uninstalling using the norton tool.
