A problem with windows preventing store from opening!

Hi everyone.

I'm having problem with opening apps. the problem accours even when i try opening the windows store app. heres the error message windows shows me when i open the app.



Any idea how solve the problem? thanks for helpers.

Hi Shawn.
Noting worked. I guess only refresh can fix the problem.

P.S.
after using sfc /scannow, it gave me an error:
"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\logs\cbs\cbs.log. for supported in offline servicing scenarios."

If you have not already, you might see if going through the items in the blue Note box at the bottom of OPTION TWO below may be able to allow SFC to repair the files afterwards to then hopefully allow the Store to work as well.
