Did you try to install the update again manually?
There are some errors that are simply a matter of bad timing, and they can be caused by busy websites and slow Internet connections, or a number of other factors. Sometimes you can fix these problems by trying to install the updates again.
1. Open Windows Update by swiping in from the right edge of the screen (or, if you're using a mouse, pointing to the lower-right corner of the screen and moving the mouse pointer up), tapping or clicking Settings, tapping or clicking Change PC settings, and then tapping or clicking Update and recovery.
2. Tap or click Check now, and then wait while Windows looks for the latest updates for your PC.
3. If updates are found, tap or click Install updates.
You could try pasting each one of the KB Articles into MS Download Center Search and possibly download them manually.
(I believe the last one is a SkyDrive update:
Hi there, I've actually downloaded the 8 updates and tried installing each and every one of them (individually) same thing happened, cant complete the update and reverted back to previous state
Thanks
KB2909921, KB2912390 AND KB2923768 seem to be corrupt. Manual expanding the contents of Cabinet (unpacked from MSU) with MS expand.exe (with dpx.dll) also fails with error code 0x8007007d. Error description is Invalid data. Both x86 and x64 of the Windows 8.1 updates are affected. Other OS versions of those updates and other WB updates may be OK (tested the whole downloaded february patch tuesday from Download Center with expanding, but haven't tested all suggested WB updates).
Until the vendor releases the fixed updates, you should ignore them from download/install. The remaining updates probably will install successfully. (At least one failed update unfortunately causes to rollback all pending updates, not just the failed one(s).)
