Hello What's the closest one can make Windows 8.1 look like Windows 7? I tried following the guide in How to Make Windows 8 or 8.1 Look Like Windows 7 or XP but the link to the Aero theme is dead and without it the result looks really chintzy

Hello, When I had Windows 7 there were a set of Themes installed, that made my desktop another color and all the windows to match, etc... One was called "High Contrast White" and another was called "Lilac" and "Wheat" and "High Contrast Black" etc... I do not want any new themes I just want...
