How can I delete Petya Ransomware from my PC?

Good evening. I have a problem with my PC. I think I have got a virus on my Laptop. If I start my Laptop, everything goes ok, then I receive a strange notification on my desktop: you became a victim of the Petya ransomware. What is it ransomware? Is it a virus or a joke programm? On the site: Petya ransomware: how to decrypt and remove virus ? Nabz Software they write, that it is a downloaded-virus, but I did not do any downloads at all. How can it get to my laptop? What tool can delete this? Can I do it myself? Can you write me please step by step delete process? Thanks
