I upgraded Office Pro 2010 to 2013 on Win 8.1x64.. Now, if I click an email address link in Outlook, I receive the message, "mailto:abc@gmail.com. This app can't be activated when UAC is disabled." I didn't have this issue with Outlook 2010. My reg setting at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\EnableLUA is set to 0x00. Thanks.
