No matter what I get an endlness stream of adware and popups. I have Iolo and others. Yet computer, videos, adobe flash, and browsers get clogged up. What can I do?

Get Malwarebytes Anti Malware to clean-up.
Also get Malwarebytes Anti Exploit to prevent future attacks.
Edit: When you have downloaded and installed MBAM let it update(you can try running it then too), then boot to safe mode and run it.

Try scanning your computer using security software such as Avast, AVG, Malwarebytes or Trend Micro.

Here is what I did. I downloaded WOT Web Of Truth. Then Popper App to prevent popup ads. Then went to regedit and deleted them. You can go to program #HOSTS and do away with stuff like TROVI Search. Youtube has videos.
