Hello, lately I've been getting a warning, in my action center tool bar, that my Windows Defender and 360 are turned off so I'm not protected. However, when I click on 360 it says it's on. ??? My guess is there's a conflict between the two so I'm wondering what to do?

    360
OK...
I'm still getting the warning, through my Action Center, that my 360 and Windows Defender are turned off.

I open it and click on start 360 (which I have to confirm I trust it)...yet the status stays "off."
???

I am just thinking that your 360 might be updating itself automatically then restart itself automatically as well. During the restart process, the Windows Action Center detects 360 to be turned of for a short period of time and gives that warning message.

OK...next time I'll ignore the warning and see if it goes away.
Cheers!

Edit~I'll mark this as solved for now.

this doesn't seem right.

I'm getting this warning again.

Installed Ant-virus protection
360 Total Security~off
Windows Defender~off

Installed Anti-spyware protection
360 Total Security~off
Windows Defender~off

This doesn't seem normal to me.

Should I get rid of one?
If yes...which one and do I need to replace it?

I have seen this before. You can try and uninstall 360 and then see if you can get Defender to turn on. Try updating Defender and run a scan and after Defender is happy then install 360 and see if that helps.

Since I deleted 360 I thought I'd try AVG.
So far my Action Center isn't telling me both WD and AVG are off.

I'm going to leave WD off and use AVG.
If this is not wise...someone please let me know.
