How to download an .exe file? (SetupIMGburn.exe)

    Greetings.
I'm trying to download SetupIMGburn.exe but Windows keep me out in the cold for this. I have tried IExplorer and Chrome, but without succes.

How do I set Windows 8.1.1 up so I can download an .exe file?

It seems like it is not Windows after all that stops it. BitDefender thinks IMGburn 2.5.8.0 is very dangerous, but version 2.5.7.0 is not. It is a BitDefender problem, and not Windows 8.1 ... Sorry for my mistake :-)

BitDefender is very aggressive, i know ! If felt this program is safe, tried disable BitDefender temporarily, why get older version.
Some may be filled with adware or extra software attached is maybe why.

It's probably the open candy bundled with imgburn getting flagged,

Used Burnaware free with no open candy, similar software, maybe better off with it instead.
