If you see this more than once, you nrrd to call pc support @+44(0800)051-6255 immediatley.

It goes on to say Innternet explorer browser warning,,,,,
And then it says MY LOCATION Camberley,,,which is wrong because I am in thenorth of england

It's a scam, just wants your money. As for the location it's showing, it may be where your ISP Server is or is connecting you to the Internet [mine is about 80 miles from me].

Use an adblocking extension in your browser (such things exist even for IE) or block the ad server via your hosts file. Other than that, there's not much you can do but ignore them. As mentioned, they're scams designed to scare you into phoning them so that they can extort money from you.

As for your location being wrong, Camberley isn't too far from me, but websites think I'm based in the north of England. That's where my ISP is based, hence why. Maybe we should swap ISPs. ;)

I would avoid a website that allows that sort of pop-up crap. Complain to the website administrator.

Never, never, ever respond to these scareware ads. If you have AVG or Malwarebytes, you can do your own scan and find issues. Something popping up on a web page is not doing the same thing as your tools. If you're on Firefox or Chrome, get the Adblocker add-on/ext. If you're on Internet Explorer, ditch it and get one of these safer browsers.

solved at last

Hi ,,,,well I found how to get rid of it and this is how I did it, easy actually.

Launch IE and click on the gear icon .
Choose internet options and then the advanced tab.
Click on reset
Then click Delete personal settings
Click reset
And then reboot
And that's it,,,very easy Thanks for the replies.
