Glary Utilities - free edition

As long as they are not running all the time as resident protection, there's no real impact to performance. CCleaner is not much of a protection and about Glary I don't know.

Except for Glary Utilities, I have all of those same programs. Plus some others. I know nothing directly about Glary, but have read it's not recomended by those who do.

Windows Defender - this is good; or, one can use Avira, Avast, BitDefender, just to name a few anti-virus programs [be aware if any 3rd party anti-virus program is used, Windows Defender is turned off & kept turned off]
Super Anti-Spyware - while not an anti-virus program, it is a good anti-spy/mal-ware program
Malwarebytes Anti Malware - while not an anti-virus program, this also is a good anti-spy/mal-ware program
Glary Utilities -- ok for some, others switched to WinUtilities
ccleaner - many many say this is one of the best cleaners to use

With the exception of Windows Defender, none of them are "Antivirus Software" per se. You could run them all at the same instance, provided you have enough ram to do so.
