Windows Firewall service (MpsSvc) stops automatically

I've been having an issue with the Windows Firewall service. It stops automatically, meaning that my internet connection on my computer stops. But when I start it again, my internet is fine. I've used Malwarebytes and other cleaners to fix this, but the problem persists.
