Unable to remove virus results from Emisoft emegency scan

Have just run Emisoft Emergency Scan and it found 4 problems.
It deleted 2 but could not remove or Quarantine 2 (see Attached).
    AVAST Failed to detect them.
    Are they dangerous?
How can I remove them?Click image for larger version

    Potential dangerous, yes.
Download and run Malwarebytes Free, not the trial version, and see what it has to say about it.

Malwarebytes did not find them but found some others that I quarantined.

You might consider downloading and running Norton Power Eraser

It has some pretty strong reviews (see below) and it's free.

It wouldn't hurt to d/l & run a scan with TDSSKiller to rule out the possibility of a rootkit. Another program you can try is AdwCleaner.

    Note:

Because Norton Power Eraser uses aggressive methods to detect threats, there is a risk that it can select some legitimate programs for removal. If you accidently remove a legitimate program, you can run Norton Power Eraser to review past repair sessions and undo them.

Run these tools in "safe mode with networking" in the future and you'll get better results.
