downloading it now ,its a trial version with a one year extension ,and many restrictions ,like if you have used avg before ect ect ,but using a different email to registry on the site will likely be a workaround for that .

From those comments it seems, that they were unhappy about the lack of technical support and payment problems. Talking about refunds, if you pay by paypal, you have 45 days to get it no matter what, even if the company refuses to. 45 bad reviews vs about 335, that Norton has, it does not seem that bad.

Cons: From comments as well, even it finds something, it is unable to delete it.

The most annoyances can be prevented by disabling them through somewhat hidden settings.
