I don't understand about it. Could anyone say something please... I need the solution properly why it is here and how to remove it?

If your pc or windows smart phone has a GPS or other location sensors like your ISP address windows apps like Maps or Weather can "know" where you are(general location like country city etc. with GPS exact location) to offer services or options.
You can turn this off in settings. The logging is if you wish you can see which apps you gave or have permission to access your location, also when a program/with permission) fails to find your position. This is only useful for mobile PC's or smart phones, for a desktop you can turn it off and just give your position manually(like I do for Bing Maps).
So the Logging is only to say "app has connected at least once" or "app has not connected at least once".
