I scanned my computer with Adwcleaner in safe mode because adwcleaner wouldn't run otherwise, and the report is below. Neither Malwarebytes Pro or Hitman Pro finds anything, and after Adwcleaner says it has put the objects in quarantine and reboots the computer, the objects are back when I do another adwcleaner scan. What do I have?

Could just be tracking cookies. Do a cleaning of history in browser ( cache) ? How is Firefox and Chrome working, any pop ups or redirecting to other websites ?
Seems like the folders were web browsing history is put and browser settings.
Try resetting firefox too.

Use Windows malicious Removal tool, at run, MRT.exe

Thank you! I've been looking around the web and googling the report specifics, and I think you're right. One of the lines belongs to an extension, which got me reading about Firefox add-ons and security, seems a lot of folks feel many extensions are security risks, and I've been gobbling them up like pez candy. Computer is still a might slow, so I'll try defragging and cleaning house. Again, Thanks!

Most of the regular maintenance should be a weekly or monthly habit. Cleaning, defrag or trim, SFC, Remove startup programs, full system virus scans, open case and dust out, updates,etc...
