ps: may have some spare parts for sale like an 800w power pack, 3GB ram (2 x 1 and 2 x 500) and a radeon 6700 HD video card
Build your own, those brand name, ready built always have something "special" that makes it non-standard and tied too tightly to manufacturer.

    How old is the PC?
Ram seems a little low but the rest seems fine.

This one will be designed by me built by others, I have already selected the first draft, incl 8GB RAM; 1TB SSHD disk and I have a 2TB as second drive ready to go in.

on 3rd draft of new pc: going for the following (for now)

intel core i7 quad core processor i7-4790 (3.6Ghz) 8mb cache
    8GB Kingston Hyper X Fury dual ddr3 (1 x 8GB)
    2gb Nvidia Geforce 750 Ti (3d ready)
    1TB HDD will add a 2TB later
16x blue ray writer drive 16 c DVD +R +R-W) - the + has an underscore whatever that means (plus or minus?)
550w power supply but builders recommend 320W, with 20% surplus, so may change
    on board 5-1 sound
Cooling 4 x fans (added another two in roof) and super quiet triple copper heatpipe. I might not need extra two, thinking about it
Win 8.1 64 bit with dvd and with recovery disk
MB is Asus H81M micro ATX

    and some bits n pieces

Hope one of those "bits n pieces" is an SSD, 120GB at least.
