    A strict AVG?

I am currently using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Windows Defender as my Anti virus,
I am actually looking for one that hits hard and is pretty strict, just to be completely safe.

    Any recommendation?

Use VM for your dodgy business and then restore it.

According to the latest tests the paid version of AVG would be the best AVG product. If you want to use AVG and you want the best, that will be it. I make no claims that it is the best AV product but you will find many opinions regarding that.

There is no such thing as complete safety. In recent years all malware has become very sophisticated and avoiding detection is a very high priority. Even the very best AV product (whatever that might be) with the latest definitions will not detect all malware. It is war between malware and the softeware the combats it. Malware is winning.
