Solved avg safeguard toolbar

How can I remove this crap. It got installed with a download and I can't remove it. Uninstall fails, says I must be logged in as administrator.

Is there a way to activate the administrator account in 8.1?

Firstly let's open an elevated command prompt.
how to do that option one:
1. :winkey: + X
2. :winkey: + A

option 2:
from the start screen start typing "cmd" when you see it appear under search, right click and choose run as administrator.


now you are in a elevated command prompt type this command and press enter:

appwiz.cpl

this should load add and remove programmes as an administrator try to uninstall.
