I was just wondering what are this?

Windows defender lately has been asking me to send this information to Microsoft.
Its been telling multiple times a day for a number of days and it is getting annoying.

I can delete one, but not the other.
Is it a virus?

They are found in the following location:
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming

Its all not that easy. You may have been infected; thereby, the warning to send to MS. In any event, you need to take steps to make sure you are clean (and I think you are not at this point). There are many malware specific forums available that can walk you through identification steps and (possibly) removal procedures. Good luck.
