    Unwanted Toolbars

How exactly is the best way to get rid of Toolbar Malware? I got rid of them using uninstall programs in control panels, and I no longer see the actual toolbar, but whenever I open up my browser it opens up two new tabs with two search engines with the same name as the toolbars. Suggestions?

(I use chrome by the way)

I use MalWareBytes and CCleaner to keep unwanted toolbars away and I'm VERY careful when downloading or installing ANYTHING...

As suggested, use Malwarebytes from here:
    Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware download

    Also download Spybot from here:
Spybot - Search & Destroy from Safer-Networking Ltd.

Run them both in safe mode. These toolbars have a habit of hiding away deep in the registry and re-installing themselves so just using the uninstall program won't be good enough. Run them again in normal mode as a check to see if the malware is gone.

VAF music and Entrusted were the ones I wanted to remove. Trying Malwarebytes right now.

EDIT: Tried disabling them under Chrome extensions, didn't work. It seems that most of the malware is accumulated in Appdata --> Local --> Temp. Can I just delete this folder, or is that a bad idea?

Ran Malware bytes as reccomended, and then scanned again just to make sure it was gone, but the extra tabs still pop up when I open chrome. Should I reinstall?
