stop internet trafic for dsl provider

hi.
I am using window 8 pro version.

My DSL provider is tracking my internet traffic flow. guide me how can i limit/restrict them?


I want to stop my dsl provider.




is it anything available to stop for it?

I'd avoid Verizon for the time being...
