Solved Adding Folder to C:\Windows?

I have Windows 8 Pro 64-bit installed on Fujitsu tablet (Q702). I want to install a folder in the Windows dir, but even though I am System Administrator, I can't do it. Permissions appear to be OK, but they are greyed out and cannot be changed. I have googled and searched, but nothing helps. I would appreciate any advice.

Hello Hawkeye,

By default for security purposes, nothing from an external source can be saved directly into a system folder like C:\Windows.

Instead, you could save it to you desktop, then move it to the C:\Windows folder, then approve when prompted.
