    I ended up installing Bitdefender because it was evaluated as the #1 antivirus in the protection and repair categories. Also, I was surprised to see that Microsoft Security Essentials was ranked "last" in the protection category but did better (ranked 3rd) in the removal category. Now, I've only had it installed for one day so I can't provide any concrete recommendations; however, I can say that if you don't like to fiddle with a ton of AV options during setup, then this one could be for you.

We have an entertainment company with DJ's and thought we would give 15 Asus S200E notebooks with very nice all aluminum case, 4gb ram, 500gb HDD, i3 Intel and even external optical drive (which 8 wouldn't let them install) with Windows 8 to our DJ's to use in our business for real life...
