so i need to install antimalware or internet sec with mse?

if i have mse installed in pc then do i rrequire to install internet security and antimalware? can mse be use as in place of both? can mse act as real time internet security like other internet security like kaspersky etc do? waiting a great solution from helping hands,,,\

MSE is an Anti Virus software and only works with windows 7 and later OS's. With windows 8, the AV is built into the OS. It's called Defender...aka MSE. You can use a 3rd party AV if you wish. As far as malware is concerned, malware is a generalized term for malware, spyware, adware, trojans, worms and many other types that are constantly being released on weekly and daily basis. So you would need extra protection from such bugs (malware). There is a plethora of this type of software out there, paid and free versions.

I've listed some Malware software suggestions on the other thread you've created and highly recommend using them. Use them don't use them it's your choice.

Thanks 4 responsing my post. but still i am confused in 1. is mse an internet security? 2. is windows defender and mse are same? 3. do i need to install anti malware along with mse? please help.thanks

MSE and Windows Defender are similar. MSE is for XP, Vista and Windows 7 ONLY, it cannot run on Windows 8.

Because Windows Defender is MSE with a bit more security in it that compliments Windows 8 only
MSE is not an internet security application
An Internet Security Application is normally antivirus, antspyway and also a Firewall component in it
MSE and WD do not have a firewall component in it. You will use Windows 8 Firewall which is excellant
You should have an anti malware program like Malwarebytes Pro or free or Superantispyware Pro or free
The Free versions you have to run manual scans and they do not run in "real time" or in the backround
The Pro versions do because you pay for them
