Sometimes the warning happens because the anti-virus has not yet fully started, so you see it for a second then everything is good. I wouldn't worry about it unless you see other evidence of a malware problem.

If you have a password to logon to your system wait a few minutes after booting before typing the password to log in. Then your pc can finish booting all the important systemfiles, as well as the virusscanner.

You also might want to try a full scan for virusses.

BTW, why are you using Windows Defender AND ESET? Having two virusscans onto your pc will most likely create more issues than solve them. I'd say, stick to the best, stick to Windows Defender.
You will want to read this thread ==> http://www.eightforums.com/system-security/18731-best-antivirus-firewall-antispyware.html

Good luck!

Try the following, if you like. A missing or infected service file might be the issue.

Please download Farbar Service Scanner and run it on the computer with the problem.
  • Make sure the following options are checked:
    • Internet Services
    • Windows Firewall
    • System Restore
    • Security Center/Action Center
    • Windows Update
    • Windows Defender
  • Press: Scan
  • When done, it creates a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory where the tool is run.
  • Please provide the FSS.txt in your reply.
