Welcome to the Eight Forums. . .

First: If you don't have MSE or another virus checker installed then do so immediately.

Second: If you do not have a Malware checker installed then again do so immediately.

And, please do not click on what appears to be some form of "Malware." Get out of the screen by closing down the browser using however you normally close a program down.

This is not coming from your computer; it is coming from something that was either located in a app/e-mail that you by chance downloaded. Now please do as I have suggest to see if you can remove it from your system. You need to do this before doing any thing else. . . .Good Luck, and please get back to us.

Is this the only issue, when trying to go to certain web sites you get the one shown. Does it happen with all websites? Does the browser close normally, or does it try to get you to stay on the page?

I notice something is different from your screen shot, why is the exit (X), Maximize, Minimize buttons is on the left side ? first time I see this.

Any way, I assume that you are using Firefox. Right click in the green area to the right of the buttons mentioned above, and check on Menu Bar. From the Menu, click on Tools->Options->General. What do you see your Home Page is set to ?

Again, from Menu click on Tools->Add-ons , you should see a list of Add-ons. Disable them all and restart Firefox and let us know how it goes.

He appears to be using an Arabic version of Windows and Firefox. Arabic is a right to left language, rather than left to right as in English.

In RTL versions of Windows, everything is reversed.

and this happen in firefox ,chrome,ie

Sounds like a hosts file problem. Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc and take ownership of the hosts file. Then open it with a text editor. There should only be 2 entries 127.0.0.1 localhost, and ::1 localhost. If there are any other lines below that, delete them, save the file, and reboot.

Here is a link to Microsoft Malware remover---

Free Malware Removal Tool | Anti-Malware Scan Software

If your Windows 8 is the Pro version the tool won't work.

I went to a Firefox forum & a guy there said he removed Firefox & re-installed it & the pop-up never showed up again.

Also using the pop-up blocker stops most pop-ups.
