Laptop Sound Problem

Hi,

I have HP laptop with windows 7 64 bit installed. When I boot windows there is proper sound when window booted. But when came to main screen, after account login, when i tried to play any offline or online video or audio, there is no sound. When I opened volume control panel and test sound , only after that sound starts working. I checked with drivers ,different players, upgrade flash player etc. but nothing work. So please share your suggestions.
