Sound is not working :(

The computer I am using is media magic plus.
Ive tried plugging in the earphones and no sound comes out.
I have no idea how to fix it.
Anyone help?

PC information. "Media Magic Plus" search does not turn up anything.
Has this ever worked?

Is this a Desktop or Laptop?

Do you know the name of the motherboard?

Go to the Realtek site and download the High Definition Codecs (drivers). Realtek

Is I working with the Realtek drivers?

Check that "Speakers" (Realtek) is set as the default playback device.

Connect your headset to the Rear GREEN speaker jack and see if you get audio.

Realtek is now the default device but I still get no sound when I plug in the speakers in the front earphone port, just the back one.

No sound with speakers, can you plug a headset into the Speaker jack and see if you get sound?

Please post a screenshot of the Device Manager, Sound section.

OK, progress.

There is a front panel connector that attaches to the motherboard. Since you moved the PC it may be improperly connected. It will be labled HD Audio (preferred) or AC97. Check and reseat the connector. The motherboard connection is usually located on the lower left of the motherboard (but can be elsewhere).
