I've been looking for this kind of option ever since XP, but never found it.
What I would like to know is whether or not there is a way for Windows to automatically reset its sound volume to a specified level upon log-off/shutdown.
It would be nice to not have my volume up at level 60 when I log onto my PC and get blasted by music in my face.
