Toshiba Satellite Click 2 L35w-B3204 crackling audio

So I just got this new laptop for my birthday and only really have one issue with it, the audio. At first, there was 0 bass at all whenever audio left the speakers, which I found out is a common issue for Toshiba Satellite models because of Toshiba's sound mixer. I deleted the program and got the bass working properly and now I noticed that the audio crackles whenever I'm trying to listen to music or watch Netflix. I've read this is a common issue but I have yet to find a fix for me. Please help.

The "crackles" is an often reported problem. Sound problems such as this can be hard to pin down. There are several potential causes, one is Wi-Fi (and that could account for the Netflix problem). Others are drivers, both sound and video.

I don't know what the Toshiba Sound Mixer is, but did you have the problem before you deleted that? I would make sure the PC was like it was originally and start from that. Also, check for updated sound drivers from Toshiba (or if it has Realtek audio get the latest drivers direct from Realtek) and video drivers.

Try the sound locally, with wi-fi disabled and see if you still get the crackling.

So I tried turning my wifi off and it worked. So what do I do next?

Not sure. Check for an updated Wi-Fi driver from Toshiba, as a first step.

The other option is to see if can be returned and exchanged for a different brand/model.

So I updated the audio driver and it seemed to have fixed the crackling on everything except for Netflix. Any thoughts or suggestions?

How about the Wi-Fi drivers? did you update them?

Do you have a 5G Wi-Fi connection?

Can't seem to find the right one. Running 32 bit and found that one but it says it isn't compatible

Where did that laptop come from? All new PC's in the last couple of years have been 64bit OS.

I think it may just be because it's a tablet/PC

Since this is an Intel CPU/chipset/Wi-Fi, suggest you go to www.intel.com.
Click on Menu/Support/Downloads and Drivers/Automatically find drivers and software.
This will install a small Intel update utility. Run that and see if there are any updated drivers.
