Solved changing from wireless headset to.........................

to the desktop speakers while the headset battery is being re charged. I have windows 8.1, and the PC I have is dell inspiron
660.

If your PC has different listings for the Audio Playback Devices you can manually change the default playback device from the headset to the "Speakers" (PC audio) in the Sound Panel, Playback Section.

If yours does not have a separate listing for the headset, use an external charger.
