Solved Couldn't find sound card and there's no sound

Hi. I actually uses a macbook and bootcamp windows 8.1 in it. On windows 8.1, i tried listening to music but there's no sound coming out. i check the audio but there's a detection that the sound is playing but weird, not a sound can be heard from the video i was playing. It will only produce sound when i plug in external speaker. It means that, if i dont have a speaker and just on a video, no sound will come out even though there's a detection. What should i do ?

You can attempt to experiment sending sound to various outputs. Please go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound .
While under Playback tab, do a right click on any white area make sure "Show Disabled devices" & "Show disconnected devices" are checked. Take a screenshot of it and please upload it to us.

Since you are here try right clicking on all of the devices and selecting Test option for each device.

If you are able can you please double check Device Manager ? Press + R (On your keyboard at the same time. Then type devmgmt.msc
