Sound is not sound in Windows 8.1

From this day I turned on my computer I can't here anything from my computer. Yesterday everything worked properly. Now if I check the sound and the driver I can see this http://thewindowsclub.thewindowsclu...ads/2013/06/Device-Manager-working.png?b6a4bd but I can hear anything.

If I make right click to the sound button in the right down corner and select "troubleshooting audio" it seems there is a problem but it can fix it.

How can I fix it?

try to scan your pc for any virus maybe. i am not an expert or anything its just my opinion try first scan "quick scan" if nothing pops out try to use full scan but it will take a while 1:30h to 2h depending how much files u got it may be more than 2 hours depends

or try back up your pc dunno don't listen to me for that one

i got already set problem for me check out my threat

To be honest I have unistalled the AVG trial antivirus I had because I though it made it.

I will try to install it and run the scan.

if the scan doesnt help then i dunno maybe wait for better respond from professionals and i am still waiting for the reply from my threat
