Using iphone headphones and turtle beach headset with ASUS

I'm using an Asus 2 in 1 flipbook or whatever it's called.

It only has one port for an auxiliary input for headphones/mic (on my laptop it's labeled as a mic port). I can't use my iphone headphones to speak with and I can't use my turtle beach x12s because I need both headphone and mic inputs (along with the usb port).

Is there an adapter out there I can use? If so, which one is the right one?

I can't find the specific specs for that unit. Without that I can't say why or how the jack works. Sorry.,

I just looked up another model ASUS and the combination jack in those can be either a microphone OR a headphone, but not both. If you want both you will have to use a USB connected headset/mic unit.
