2 usb sound bars only one selected as default

I have 2 USB sound bars connected to usb ports on my pc. Under sound settings I can only select one of the sound bars as my default speakers. Is there some way to select the second as well?

Windows, as designed, will only allow one "default" audio playback device. There may be some 3rd party software that will allow more than one but I don't know of any. This is not just a Windows 8 issue, it is the same in Vista and Windows 7.

There may be some external hub that will allow both to be used? but again, I'm not aware of that.
