    Realtek audio manager completely missing

Hi I need help, can't find a solution and this is slowly driving me crazy...

I installed the realtek drivers and they appear as installed in the control panel but it does not show up at the start up of windows, I have tried installing the latest drivers from realtek official page and the lates of my motherboard (ASUS P8 H61-MX) but they just do not work propertly, audio manager is missing, it is nowhere in the task bar or at the panel control nor in "Sound"
This is what I do not have and what I want, please help.

When you go to Control Panel and View by: Large icons, "Realtek HD Audio Manager" is not there?

Well, according to the MB specs, you have this sound codec : "VIA Vinyl HD Audio codec" so you need drivers for that.

Can't I change that? in my motherboards drivers are the VIA and Realtek audio drivers, the VIA drivers make my microphone sound like crap while the Realtek does not.
    Here are the drivers: Here
