Volume Mixer Frustration

I have a Qosmio X870-BT3G23 laptop with Windows 8.1 installed. When playing a game, I noticed sound volume got quiet. When I alt-tabbed out of game, I noticed volume mixer sliders were not all set the same. I moved them all up to match main Speaker level, but it is frustrating to keep setting them all. Is there a way to get them to move all at same time? Please help if possible and thanks

Does this ONLY happen with the game? Some games will set/reset the volume levels for what is set in the game.
