Greetings.
having som troubble with my soundcard, Auzentech X-Fi forte 7.1
Auzentech, Inc. X-Fi Forte PCI-Express Soundcard : World First soundcards for Music, HTPC, and Gaming after one of the win8.1 updates from Microsoft.
Some times, but not every time, the soundcard resets all settings to lowest settings (speaker 2.0, equalizer off aso) at boot or at waking up from hibernate. First time I saw it was right after upgrading to win8.1, but then it ran fine for month, but now it is getting worse and worse. I have tried to uninstall driver and software, downloaded driver (again) from Auzentech, installed it, but still now and then it resets back to lowest settings.
What can I try to improve this?
