Missing audio converter win8

Firstly I couldn't see this posted previously so pls forgive if it is....

I used to have a handy audio format converter on a taskbar at top of page, however it disappeared and I can't find it anywhere, any ideas ????

Search for it in All apps or just start typing on the Start Screen. Right-click should give you the option to pin to taskbar.

Hi Hippsiegypsie, Thanks for asking...As it happens I have been unwell for a while, then some family matters to take care of, so I have not been active on the pute for a while...... Unfortunately, your suggestion didn't have an option to re install a audio converter, I extended and checked all the drop downs that ensued. I also could not see any program in "All Apps" search. Nonetheless I appreciate your suggestion...It seems to me that many win8 systems are somewhat different to one another.
