How to remap the volume keys Help Please!!

I cannot stand having to hold the "Function" key plus the volume up F12 or down F11. I want to remap some keys to be a direct volume up and volume down. Thank you for the help!

Some laptops have the capability to make the FN key a sticky key; whereby, you would only have to press that once and then you could toggle between F11 and F12 as needed. Also, some laptops have an Instant Key function that may work for you:
