Disable Microphone monitoring

How can I disable the microphone monitoring?
Now, when I speak, I can hear my voice in the headset with a small delay.

When I go to the Sound -> Microphone Properties, the "Listen to this device" checkbox is already un-checked in the "listen" tab.

Any suggestions? :)

In almost all cases (all that I've seen), you can't disable it. That is the reason many use a headset/mic combination to minimize feedback problems.

Did you install proper audio drivers for that MB or you are using default win drivers? Manufacturers drivers usualy have more options for it. In my case Realtek drivers have an option for microphone monitoring and it works well from it's own control panel.
