realtek audio

I have no sound from internet explorer nor do I find a realtek audio driver but how do I know what to download

Based on your service tag number, you DO NOT have RealTek. If the PC came with Windows 8, you have Conexant smart audio.

BTW, Dell considers the service tag number as personal data and should not be posted publicly. You should delete that and enter your PC model Number, Inspiron 660.
