window audio in services

I found windows audio in services but cannot get it started it has a connection with window endpoint service in services which also will not start

Can you explain in more detail what you're actually trying to do? I don't get what the significance is.

my sound in windows eight works sometimes and not other. In personalization I cannot get the startup sound to work. I wet on services and found there are2 services not working
