Dell Inspiron 660 - Sound Blaster Recon 3D PCIe Problem

I unplugged my pc and moved it into the other room. Now my sound blaster recon 3d pcie soundcard isn't working at all.

I took it out, put it back in (same slot and even tired a different slot), Installed the Windows 8 driver for it, restarted my pc and it's not there. No where.

What is the status of the sound card in the Device Manager? Does it show as working correctly or does it have an error code? If you reinstalled the driver that says Windows is recognizing the sound card. If it wasn't being recognized the drivers would not install.
